Conference 2010 Forms

Due to unforseen technical difficulties that cannot be resolved by April 15th, we have disabled the online submission process.  Instead, the 2010 submission of session and paper abstracts will be done using the previous methods. 

For those of you who have already submitted abstracts through the online procedure, you do not need to resubmit, and we will contact you if there is any problem with your submission. For those of you who have not yet submitted an abstract, you can download the new forms here as a Word or as a Plain Text file. 

Please fill out the form and return it as an email attachment or pasted within the body of an email to Jean Francois Belisle at jbelisle@uOttawa.ca.  If you cannot email the form, please mail it to Jean Francois Belisle at the History Department, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario Canada k1N 6N5.  The deadline for submission of abstracts is April 15, 2010.

Please note that if you are submitting a session proposal, each participant must also fill out a paper abstract/registration form. 

Also, please note that the online payment is still up and running through Paypal.  To pay through Paypal visit the registration details page.

If you are paying by check or money order, please make your check out to The American Society for Ethnohistory and send it to Jean Francois Belisle at the address above.  All checks and money orders must be in US dollars and received by August 1, 2010.
