10:00 p.m.: Executive Committee Meeting, Boardroom

THURSDAY October 18

7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.: Open Registration Desk
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Sessions
12:00 p.m.: Lunch
1:20 p.m. 5:20 p.m.: Sessions
6:00 p.m.: Buses begin shuttle service from Hotel to Arizona State Museum, U of A campus
6:30-9:30 p.m.: Everyone is invited to the Sonoran Sensation Buffet Dinner hosted by American Indian Studies Programs, at the Arizona State Museum, University of Arizona campus

FRIDAY October 19

8:20 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Sessions
12:00 p.m.: Lunch
1:00-4:20 p.m.: Sessions
4:30 p.m.: Field Trip to San Xavier del Bac Mission: Bus departs at banquet entrance on west side of hotel. Bring your ticket!

SATURDAY October 20

5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.: Business Meeting, Park Auditorium

Presidential Address, Theda Perdue, President, American Society for Ethnohistory "Race and Culture: Writing the Ethnohistory of the Early South"

8:00 pm: Everyone is invited to the Dessert & Champagne Reception hosted by the University of Nebraska Press

Note: Each paper presentation and discussant is scheduled for 20 minutes.
