Submission Guidelines: Articles & Book Reviews

The editorial office of Ethnohistory invites submissions of article manuscripts of approximately 25-30 12pt. double-spaced text pages, not including endnotes and references which, however, should exceed 10 additional pages.

Electronic submission via email as a file attachment, saved in Rich Text Format with any graphics saved as low resolution files (150 dpi≤), is preferred. Otherwise a disk must submitted with a print out of the manuscript. Shorter manuscripts (5-10 text pages) with comments on a published article or review in Ethnohistory are also accepted.

In submitting a manuscript for consideration, the author acknowledges that the work contained therein is his or her own and that no part of it has been previously published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any necessary written permission for the use of material is to be obtained by the author.
